ARE THE POLICE OUT OF CONTROL? The law enforcement community in America has defied several Acts of Congress that require the reporting of officer-involved-shootings. With heavy financial penalties and even cash incentives police continue to disobey congress and the president. The defiance speak volumes to the lack of accountability by police and the equal inability for authorities to enforce the law within state and local law enforcement agencies themselves, giving credibility to those who have decried our country as being under a police state. "Officer Involved Shootings" explores this issue in this new video presention.

Officers falsely reported that the vehicle put them in fear for their safety when it drove away in order to conceal their misconduct.
